By accessing or using the services of Revitalize Trim Spa & Wellness Center ("Revitalize," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Revitalize Trim Spa provides medical spa, weight loss, and wellness services including but not limited to GLP-1 treatments, body contouring, facials, red light therapy, and telehealth services. All medical treatments are supervised by licensed healthcare providers.

The information provided on this website is for general informational purposes only and is not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider.

Results from treatments vary by individual. Testimonials and before/after photos are not guarantees of results.

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and offer financing through PatientFi and CareCredit. We do not accept insurance.
