First of all, let me just say the Spa is beautiful!!! The moment you walk in you feel relaxed; it is a calming environment. I came in for my very first time to have a body treatment done for weight loss and skin tightening. The Aesthetician was very professional and knowledgeable. After the treatment I met with the treatment coordinator, her name was Laura who went over my pictures and to discuss my goals of what I wanted to achieve with the outcome. She was so compassionate and caring. I really felt heard and seen, especially when you have to be so vulnerable when talking about all your insecurities with someone. I will be a lifetime client for all my health and aesthetic needs!!!

My first appointment to this spa was amazing,the customer service of excellence started with my first phone call speaking with Laura,,to coming into this new establishment.I was a little hesitant nervous but soon as you walk in it’s calming from the zen room that greet you at the door, to the affirmations on the walls and beautiful calming wallpaper.I spoke with the owner today and she was very informative about the business.they both answered questions,you didn’t feel rushed and was very knowledgeable.
